You do not need to be a registered member with PayPal.

Cancelation/Refund Policy
A $40 non-refundable fee is applicable if a student withdraws less than 48 hours prior to class.

Certificates
Each student receives a certificate of completion at end of class.
Student must be in attendance for entire class.
