Copper started training with Dr. Milton Trager, M.D., in 1982. The Trager work is a Mind/Body Approach that increases relaxation and mobility through touch, movement and an open meditative state.
In 1983, Copper became a practitioner and on to become Senior Instructor for the world-famous animal behaviorist and developer of the TT.E.A.M.-TTouch, Linda Tellington-Jones. To find out more, see Animal Healing & Change on this web page.

The Trager Institute with which Copper studied, no longer exists. She has no affiliation with the USTA.
Copper graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Recreation and minor in Art in 1972.
